- We currently offer shipping Domestic and International. Please note that certain areas may have limited or no shipping coverage. Contact our customer support for more information.

Return and Refund Policy for RN3D.STORE

 

1. Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain products, such as digital downloads or customized items, are not eligible for returns. Please check the product description for details.

2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team a

- Provide the order number, item details, and reason for return.
- We may request additional information or evidence to assess the return eligibility.

3. Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs for returning the item are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
