Shipping Policy


When your order has shipped, you will then receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us during your return and exchange time period.


Purchases of products through RN3D.STORE are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and RN3D.STORE is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.

Here at RN3D.STORE we want to provide the most convenient experience for our customers. We appreciate your business.



When you order from RN3D.STORE, we fulfill and ship our own inventory. Any return is sent back to RN3D.STORE as well. We strive to maintain a return policy that is in line with that of all other major online retailers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please contact us by email:



  • If you return an item using a return shipping label we send to you via email (drop-off or pickup), the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 24-48 so that we may set up arrangements for return/exchange, as described above. No return shipping cost will be incurred in this event.
